BLRT Tallinn Shipyard

 

Tallinn Shipyard, placed at the mouth of the Gulf of Finland near to the crossroads of crowded trading routes, is ideally located for servicing the vessels calling to ports of the Baltic States, Russia, Finland and East coast of Sweden whose owners face no deviation cost prior to repairing in the shipyard.

It offers a wide range of services for all type of vessels allowed by combination of the skilled workforce and modern facilities.

Tallinn Shipyard is a subsidiary of the industrial holding BLRT Grupp. There are two more shipyards in BLRT Grupp which are dedicated to ship repair and conversion services - Western Shiprepair in Lithuania and Turku Repair Yard in Finland.

In addition to the three docks Tallinn Shipyard offers a slipway, with a lifting capacity of 750 tons, ideal for accommodating of fishing vessels, smaller coasters, yachts and tug boats.

From the slipway, the vessels can be traversed in longitudinal and athwart direction to three docking lines / dry-dock areas 120, 56 and 35 metres in length or to covered grit blasting shed. Depending on their length, three to five vessels can be slipped up simultaneously.

The slipway is equipped with all required shore facilities and serviced by tower crane with ample reach.

DOCKS

Tallinn Shipyard owns 3 floating docks, which range from 101 to 165 meters in length and can handle any type of vessel up to 24,000 tons dwt, with the following characteristics:

All docks are serviced with electrical power, ballast water, cooling water, fresh water, fire mains, compressed air and telephones.
