Encompass Marine Limited, a company registered in England under number 4062059 with a registered office address at 26 Flour Square, Grimsby, North East Lincolnshire, DN31 3LP (‘the Company’), provides services to clients as agents only on behalf of disclosed Principals.

The Company does not contract directly with clients for the provision of services. Contracts in respect of the provision of services will be between the client and the disclosed Principal.

The Company is not authorised to contract on behalf of its Principals and any deemed acceptances of any order or contract by the Company will not be binding until confirmed in writing by the Principal.

As the Company does not contract with the client, the Company does not accept payment in respect of any services. Payments should be made in accordance with the client’s contract with the Principal.

In the event that any claim is made against the Company by the client or any third party in respect of the provision of services by the disclosed Principal or the Principal’s sub-contractors, the Company’s liability shall be limited as follows:

The maximum liability of the Company in any circumstances shall be the sum of £10,000 pounds sterling.

The Company shall be under no liability whatsoever to the client or any third party for any indirect loss and/ or expense (including loss of profit) suffered by the client and/ or any third party arising out of any breach.

These Terms of Business shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provision shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
